Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Many NaturesFixforKids™ customers choose our subscription option for convenient, automatic delivery of their favorite products.

This policy explains how our subscriptions work, how billing is handled, and how you can manage, skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time.

How Subscriptions Work

When you select the “Subscribe & Save” option at checkout, you are enrolling in a recurring subscription.

Your selected product or products will automatically ship based on the delivery frequency you choose at checkout, such as every 30 days or another available interval.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle, before each shipment is processed.


Billing

Subscription billing works as follows:

  • Your first charge occurs when you place your initial subscription order.
  • Future charges occur automatically on your renewal date based on your selected delivery frequency.
  • You may receive an email reminder before each renewal charge, giving you time to make updates before the order processes.
  • Charges may be processed in your local currency based on your billing location. If prices are displayed in U.S. dollars, your financial institution may apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

How to Manage Your Subscription

You have control over your subscription. To make changes, including skipping, pausing, modifying, or canceling, please contact our customer support team.

Option 1 — Email Recommended:
Email us at support@naturesfixforkids.com with your request and order number. Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to process your request.

We recommend contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal to help ensure changes are applied before your next order is processed.

Option 2 — Phone:
Call us at 1-800-914-6754, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.


Skipping a Shipment

You may skip an upcoming shipment without canceling your subscription.

To request a skip, contact us at support@naturesfixforkids.com or call 1-800-914-6754 before your next renewal date. Your subscription will resume on the following cycle unless you request additional changes.


Pausing Your Subscription

If you need a longer break, you may request to pause your subscription for a set period.

Email us at support@naturesfixforkids.com with the dates you would like your subscription paused. Unless you request an extension or cancellation, your subscription will resume at the end of the pause period.


Modifying Your Subscription

You may request changes to your subscription, including:

  • Delivery frequency, such as changing from every 30 days to every 60 days
  • Product quantity
  • Shipping address
  • Payment method
  • Next order date

Changes must be requested before your renewal date to apply to the current billing cycle.


Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

To cancel, contact our support team by email at support@naturesfixforkids.com or by phone at 1-800-914-6754.

Once your subscription is canceled, no future subscription charges will be made and no additional subscription orders will be processed.

Cancellation does not affect any orders that have already been charged, processed, or shipped.

If you cancel after a renewal charge has already been processed but before the order has shipped, contact us immediately at support@naturesfixforkids.com. We will do our best to cancel the shipment and issue a refund when possible.


Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined on a renewal date, we may notify you by email.

Your subscription may be temporarily paused until your payment information is updated. To avoid interruptions in your deliveries, please keep your payment method current or contact our support team for help.


Subscription Discounts

Subscribers may receive a discounted rate compared to one-time purchase pricing.

This discount applies while your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, your discount may be reapplied at the current promotional rate, which may differ from your original subscription rate.
