All Sales Are Final - Dietary Supplements
Because our products are dietary supplements and wellness products, all sales are final.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened supplement products. This policy helps protect the safety of all customers and is consistent with standard practices for consumable wellness products.
We are transparent about this policy upfront so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
While we cannot accept standard returns, we take full responsibility if there is an issue with your order.
Please contact us if:
- Your product arrived damaged or defective — if your item was damaged in transit or appears defective upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- You received the wrong item — if you received a product different from what you ordered, we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
In these situations, we may arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. Please email photos of the issue along with your order number to support@naturesfixforkids.com.

Subscription Orders
If you were charged for a subscription renewal you did not intend to receive, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge at support@naturesfixforkids.com.
We will review your account, and if the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, we will do our best to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to this Refund & Return Policy.
