This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through NaturesFixforKids™. We are committed to processing and shipping your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using USPS and UPS.
The carrier used for your order may depend on your shipping location, package size, and available service options at the time of fulfillment.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We also ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please allow additional transit time for these locations.
International Shipping:
We may ship to select international destinations on a limited basis. Availability may vary by country. Due to changing international shipping conditions, carrier limitations, and regional restrictions, shipping to certain areas may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
If you are located outside the United States, please contact us at support@naturesfixforkids.com before placing an order to confirm whether we can ship to your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier capacity, weather, holidays, shipping location, and other factors outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times may include:
- Standard Shipping within the contiguous U.S.: 7–15 business days after dispatch
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: 10–20 business days after dispatch
- Rural or remote addresses: May require up to 30 business days
In total, from the time your order is placed to delivery, please allow 10–30 business days. Most orders arrive sooner, but we recommend planning accordingly, especially during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
You may also track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website:
- USPS
- UPS
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find your tracking information, contact us at support@naturesfixforkids.com with your order number.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you need to correct your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@naturesfixforkids.com. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processing or has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Check around your property, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, and with neighbors.
- Allow 1–2 business days, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered early.
- Contact your local USPS or UPS facility with your tracking number.
- Email us at support@naturesfixforkids.com with your order number so we can help review the situation.
While we are not responsible for packages after confirmed carrier delivery, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product before discarding anything.
Contact us at support@naturesfixforkids.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
If approved, we may arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same shipping policy and delivery timeframes as one-time orders.
Your subscription renewal will ship approximately on or after your next scheduled billing date. If you need help managing, pausing, or canceling your subscription, please contact us at support@naturesfixforkids.com.
